Lax herbs, 6-12 in., stems slender.

Lower leaves long-petioled, ovate, nearly cordate at base, 2-3 toothed, progressively narrower and shorter-petioled in upper part of stems.

Flowers on filiform pedicels, in loose panicles, calyx without appendages, corolla blue, to 1 in. long, tubular-campanulate.
