Lower leaves narrow-oblong, on short, slender petioles, upper leaves sessile and clasping the stems, oblong-lanceolate.

Flowers few, more or less terminal on the brs., on short, strict pedicels, calyx without appendages, corolla blue, to 1 in. long, tubular-campanulate.
