Campanula troegerae Damboldt, sp. nov. [sect. Symphyandriformes (Fomin) Charadze]. Known to me only from the type gathering, this beautiful new Campanula is closely allied to Campanula betulifolia C.Koch (incl. Campanula finitima Fomin) from NE Anatolia. 3)
Perhaps the most interesting of the undersized rock Caucasian bells. Painting large (diameter up to 4 cm) goblet flowers is quite unusual. Buds outside maroon, as blooming petals fade, become slightly pink, and only from the outside are purple veins. Stems thin, drooping, up to 20 cm. It blooms in June and July. 4)
